My daughter is working for Mazda as a DM in Pittsburgh and got me the car with her confidence. I love it even I used to drive the other M brand for years. When it comes to the service she recommended highly this location. Cassandra greeted me when I parked. It was a great smile to see while it was so early in the morning. She took care of all services I need even I booked online. She guided me throughout the service details. She walked me to the waiting area. Wow! This is even better than the waiting area at the MB. It took a bit longer than I expected but with a sofa, TV, coffee, donuts and WiFi makes me felt very comfortable. And they, all staffs and manager kept us and made sure we are well treated. I took a video of the Beautiful showroom to my daughter and show her how happy I was. With a nice promotional made it even better (the regular cost was fine for me.). When the car is ready, Cassandra came over and explained all details for what they did. Over all! I was a happy man when I walked out from the dealer to my car. You, Cassandra, are great and keep up a great work even it so early in the morning. Thank you very much for your excellent job.

This is my 11th Mazda since 1985. I only go to Saiful at Koeppel Mazda when purchasing a new car because he makes you feel like family. He listens to all the concerns when purchasing a new car but never makes you feel rushed or pushed into any sale. He welcomes you into the dealership with open arms and a big smile on his face. The sales people in this dealership are very respectful and anxious to help. No one forces you into something you might not want. The experience from start to finish is smooth and enjoyable. We consider 3 components in our car buying cycle - Car, Sales and Service. Car. Mazda CX-5 was one of the 3 car models we considered to buy. The car speaks for itself. It has the features we need. We have driven the car for almost a week now and could not be happier on our purchase. Sales. I dread the car buying experience as it had always been painful. This time it was different. We were impressed by the Sales Manager, Saiful Islam. We found in him an honest, reliable person which comes far in between in the auto industry. We gave him the specs and asked for a straight forward deal, no up-sell, no pressure and that's exactly what he did. He went to great lengths to get the car we wanted from another dealership because it was not in the Koeppel lot. His responsiveness is unparalleled. The salesperson, Eduard took care of us even after the sales transaction was completed. They all went over and beyond our expectation. Service. John from the Parts Department obliged to stay after his shift to order the parts for the car before we drove it home. Our experience with sales and Parts department was pleasant so hopefully it is indicative of the culture at Koeppel. We expect the service staff to focus on providing the same level of service. Loyalty means a lot to us. We were early Toyota car adapters and have been Toyota customer for decades. Their cars have never let us down but when the people there broke our trust, we have to leave. We are looking forward to building decades-long relationship with you. Honesty, integrity, respect and exceptional customer service are the words that come to mind to best describe our recent experience with Koeppel Mazda. No pushy salesperson, just a great home-grown business atmosphere where a hand shake still exists and means something. We believe that Mazda stands behind its vehicles. This is the third Mazda I have purchased from Jim Mendez as the salesperson. He is very welcoming, courteous, well informed about Mazda line of cars and very helpful in assisting with your selection. Always provides excellent orientation at the time of receipt of the car. And, equally important, he has always been available if I have questions or need assistance well after the final purchase -- which is why I have returned to deal with him over and over again!

The initial greeting upon arrival was great. The service person was knowledgeable and was able to convey my needs to the repair section accurately. The service manager took time to introduce himself and spoke to me for a while. It was one of the better experiences I've had waiting for my car to be serviced.

My wife and I walked into Koeppel Mazda just to browse around and immediately Chris greeted us and offered his assistance. My previous lease (Nissan Rogue) wasn't up till January 2019 so basically I was just trying to get some numbers. With my past experiences with other dealerships, a salesman will usually brush me off because they know that to make a sale with me is slim to none. However, Chris was not like the other salesmen I had met, he continue to offer his help without being pushy. To make a very long story short, we ended up leasing a vehicle from Chris. He gave me a number and I could have used that number by going to another dealership but Chris was such a gentleman I didn't feel right doing that. Therefore, we walked out with a new vehicle the next day.
